Homemade stonebaked Bread

What is a good glass of wine without a piece of fresh bread? A fresh, crispy loaf of a wood-fired stone oven is incomparable and aromatic. We use flour from the mill of the Graf family in Maisprach which produces flour out of local grain.

We bake the bread to sizes à 500 gr, 750 gr and 1kg.

Every Friday is baking day and we are pleased to receive your order until Thursday evening.
